Shubhman Gill Became the Youngest Indian batsman to score 5th Test century
Shubhman faced 176 balls in his unbeaten 119* innings, hitting 10 fours and 4 sixes. With this, he completed his 5th Test century at the age of 25 years and 13 days. Kohli scored his 5th Test century at the age of 25 years 43 days, while Virender Sehwag achieved this feat at the age of 25 years 67 days.
Apart from this, Gill has now become the second batsman to score the most centuries for India in the World Test Championship (WTC). He has scored 5 centuries in WTC, while Rohit Sharma is in first place with 9 centuries.
